I do not make blog posts often, but this session deserves it's own story.
I first met Mollie when she was just 12 years old. I remember it, like it was yesterday. Over the course of almost six years, I have gotten to watch Mollie grow & mold into the young lady she is today. Mollie is beautiful inside & out. She is also outgoing, kind, welcoming, and most importantly a strong woman of God.
We took a trip to Huntsville, AL to host Mollie's senior photos. It was a designated day to celebrate Mollie & all that she's accomplished. This girl is a rockstar! At Wilson, she is involved in many extracurriculars including varsity volleyball & tennis. She served on Wilson's Homecoming Court this year as well as being named 1st runner up to Miss Wilson High School on Coronation Court. She was also 1st runner up in the 2025 Miss Reservation Pageant, with plans to compete again for the 2026 title in April. Mollie serves in the student ministry at Underwood Baptist Church. Her heart for ministry is truly, something special. I feel lucky to know her & even more lucky to call her my sister-in-law.
Mollie is one special girl. I can't even begin to describe how much of a joy it was to have her in front of camera. It was sunny & 70-- just perfect. When you have a stunning model in front of your camera surrounded by sun & warmth, there's nothing more that a photographer can ask for. It's going to be hard to top this session off.
to mollie:
Mollie, I have watched you grow so much from the time I first met you. You are a radiant light to those around you. As you finish out your senior year, cling on to the things of the Lord. Remain steadfast in His word & put Him first in every decision you make. Now, is just the beginning of so many great things the Lord will bless you with. I pray that you will seek God daily on your future college campus & be surrounded by those who uplift you mentally & spiritually. I pray for guidance as you close the door to this chapter of your life & open a new door to your future.
I know that you have such great things coming your way. I will continue to quietly sit on the sidelines & cheer for you, always.
